Gabriela holds a PhD in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations at the University of São Paulo and King’s College London (Joint Degree), a Master Recherche in Economie de la Mondialisation Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (Double Degree), and a Master in Education: History, Politics, Society – Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (2005). SMC fellow. Researcher at the Center for the Study of International Negotiations (CAENI / IRI-USP). She has experience in International Relations with an emphasis on Internationalization of Education and Science, working mainly with the following themes: foreign policy, science diplomacy and innovation diplomacy.
