Gabriela is a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Political Science-USP. She holds a PhD in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations at the University of São Paulo and King’s College London (Joint Degree) Currently, she is a post-doc researcher at the Political Science Department at the University of São Paulo and a researcher at the Study of International Negotiations (NAP—CAENI/USP). She has experience in International Relations with an emphasis on Internationalization of Culture, Education and Science, working mainly with the following themes: foreign policy, cultural and education diplomacy, and science and innovation diplomacy.
