Israel (Isro) Gloger is a highly motivated and enthusiastic senior scientist with over 33 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. He is recently retired from GlaxoSmithKline, GSK and currently acting as a consultant genomic research applied to Biopharmaceutical Drug Discovery. He has a strong background and accomplishments in conducting transnational multifunctional research. Also, he has an unique and very strong experience in identifying and executing innovative projects leading to the creation of intellectual property and new startup ventures. From 2010 to 2021, he was the Senior Director at the Trust in Science Initiative, Latin America, Africa. Global Health Pharma Unit, R&D, London, UK. He also holds a PhD in Molecular Virology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Imperial Cancer Research Fund and the National Institute for Medical Research, both based in London, UK. Addly, Isro Gloger has been awarded the Order of the British Empire, OBE, by Her Majesty the Queen of England for Services to UK/Argentina Scientific relations and also has been awarded the “Distinguished Citizens Award” for contributions to the development of international scientific partnerships between the UK and Argentina.
