Raquel Maria de Almeida Rocha

Manager of Institutional Relations at InvestSP (State of São Paulo´s Agency for the Promotion of Investments and Competitiveness). Raquel holds a Phd in International Relations from USP (2017) and a MA in International Studies from the University of Birmingham, UK (2009). She has more than 10 years of experience as a researcher and lecturer of International Relations – mainly focusing on policies and decision-making processes – and has acted as a consultor on Institutional and Governmental Relations projects for the past 5 years. Raquel started her career in the automotive sector.
