Sergio Salles Filho holds an Engineering Degree in Agronomy from UFRRJ (1981) and a Master Degree in Agrarian Sciences from UNESP – Botucatu (1985). He also obtained a Doctoral Degree in Economics at the State University of Campinas – UNICAMP (1993). Currently, he is a Full Professor at the Institute of Geosciences from UNICAMP. From 2013 to 2014, he was a Visiting Researcher at the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research. His research areas are Economics and Science, Technology and Innovation Managements.
